Non-rotating wire rope Introduction

crane, 12mm-22mm. Gantry crane 12mm-28mm, Electric hoist crane
12mm-28mm, some also used in cable, a large part is for small/big
cranes in port , basically dominated by non-rotating rope.18 * 7

18 * 7 production process is the first with six stranding, and then
use 6 small share in the total steel core bigger six small groups,
and finally 12 more devices together bigger rope.
19 * 7 non-rotating wire rope is steel core, 18 * 7 is the type of
Hemp core non-rotating wire rope. Production process is the same
with 18 * 7, except for hemp core into the steel core .
18 * 19S non-rotating wire rope is soft than 18 * 7.
18 * 19S is line contact non-rotating wire rope, is the mainstream
of market. Production Process: 18 years 1 * 19S small stocks, then
the process same with18 * 7. 35W * 7 is truly non-rotating wire
rope, anti-rotation is stronger than 18 * 7,19 * 7 . Rope denstiy
is 15% bigger than 18 * 7,19 * 7, greater flexibility than 19 *
7,18 * 7.
35W * 7 & 18 * 7 are the largest demand in the market . 35W * 7
cost is more than 18 * 7. Molding production process is twice :
first twisting small unit, which inner is thickness shares, two
co-rope molding, when co-rope, first production 19W * 7 steel core,
then outer twisting 16 small stocks. steel core wire rope can used
in impact load, heat and squeezed conditions for a variety of
lifting,hoisting and dragging equipment .
Non-rotating wire rope is mainly used for wharf crane, construction
tower crane, crawler cranes, truck crane, mine winch, electric
hoist and other special purpose.
